Home Delivery
Courier will contact you to confirm the time frame and date for your home delivery. For safety reasons, there must be someone at home to receive your item and give the driver a hand with unloading. Re-delivery charges could apply if the above conditions are not met.
Depot pick up

Transit insurance will be taken out from the shipping company on your behalf when you opt for Transit insurance with us.Transit insurance claims are forwarded to the insurrers on behalf of the insuree. Timeframe and method of resolution is solely at the discretion of the insurrers.
While we take every precaution to prevent damage during delivery, small, superficial marks and scratches and delivery wear is not covered by transit insurance.
Although we do our best to ensure your items arrive on time, delays in shipping still happens from time to time (like the end of year holiday season), unfortunately this is not within our control and we thank you for your understanding!
